SACRAMENTO, CA - Assemblymember Michelle Rodriguez (D-Ontario) has named Pomona Police Department Captain Alyssa Bostrom as Assembly District 53’s 2026 Woman of the Year. A dedicated public safety leader and champion for victims, Captain Bostrom was honored as part of the Women’s History Month celebration hosted by the Legislative Women’s Caucus.
