Assemblymember Michelle Rodriguez Introduces Legislation to Keep Infants Safe
SACRAMENTO, CA – Today, Assemblymember Michelle Rodriguez introduced Assembly Bill 1628, or the Keeping Infants from Danger (K.I.D) Act. This legislation extends California’s Safe Surrender Law from 72 hours to 30 days.
