NPHS partners with Cities and local municipalities to assist eligible homeowners to preserve, repair and improve their homes including grants for seniors and permanently disabled homeowners.
The NPHS Resilience Loan Program provides affordable home improvement loans to eligible low-income homeowners in the Inland Valley to support essential repairs, energy efficiency upgrades, accessibility improvements, and wildfire resilience. Qualified homeowners may receive $10,000–$25,000, or up to $50,000 for projects that achieve the Wildfire Prepared Home designation, helping improve safety, housing quality, and long-term stability.
ADUgo Factory-Built Financing Program
NPHS offers affordable financing options for the purchase and installation costs of a factory-built ADU. During the ongoing housing crisis, the ability to help finance an affordable Factory-Built ADU housing option has never been as important.

PIVOT Small Business Microloan
The spirit behind PIVOT is to help small businesses adapt and evolve in today’s environment. PIVOT provides capital to new and existing small businesses to finance the adjustments they need for their operations to grow and thrive. Businesses must demonstrate that they have a working business model that will use the loan to “pivot” its business operations to adapt and grow.
